Question:
I have installed MasterGo on my computer, and I see it in Start/Programs/MasterGo. But whenever I run the program, I get some error message immediately, and it terminates.






Answer:
Probably some registry setting is corrupt. You can run MasterGo from the command line to fix the registry settings. Do the following:

(1) Go to the Start Menu, choose Run …
(2) Type ""cmd"" (without the quotes) and hit return. This will give you a command line prompt.
(3) Type the following commands at the prompt:
      C:\>c:
      C:\>cd program*
      C:\Program Files>cd mastergo
      C:\Program Files\MasterGo>mastergo.exe -c

This will clear all registry settings related to MasterGo and start the program. Your problem should disappear.
