How does the globe change what MasterGo is searching?






Answer:
The globe button switches between whole board search and local search. Depress the button to search for fuseki (opening) patterns. When the Globe is up, MasterGo searches only the highlighted portion of the go board. In this mode we are using MasterGo to search for joseki (local) patterns. Any stones outside the shaded area will be ignored.
